Hello Salvagers,
The Salvage Union Patches have arrived!
What do you think? They're certainly vibrant, but these are of course before they're covered in all manner of grease, sweat and blood.
We're still hard at work finalising the layout on the Salvage Union Core Book and all of the adventure modules which is the final leg of this journey to get Salvage Union to you. We're really excited to be so close to that and want to thank you all for your support and patience.
Currently we're still on track to have the pre-print PDF's ready for you all by the end of March as per our timeline which we'll post again below.
We're aiming for the Core Book and all Adventure Module PDF's (We Were Here First, False Flag, Rainmaker) for the end of March 2023. We'll be sending them out to all backers and pre-orders at this time.
Once the Core Book and Adventure Modules are out there will be a small window before they are sent to print to get community feedback.
PrintandProduction - April2023
Once PDF's are finalised we're going to be sending the Core Book and Adventure Modules out to our printers, aiming for April 2023. We'll also have all the extra add ons such as dice, patches and posters prepped for this time. These have all been ordered and are on their way towards fulfilment.
Shippingandphysical rewardfulfilment - Q2 2023
We estimate the print and production process to take 1-2 months after which we'll begin to ship. This is also when we will lock addresses. Currently this means all physical rewards will ship in late Q2 of 2023. They may arrive in Q3 depending on your location.
This is also when we'll be aiming to prep the exclusive games for backers at the Corpo and Corpo Elite pledge levels.
This process may be staggered depending on your location and reward tier and we'll update as we go on individual progress. These are all also our best current estimates and may fluctuate.

Hello Salvagers,
We hope you've been enjoying your holiday season.
We've been working really hard to get your PDF's out by the end of December. Unfortunately we haven't quite managed to hit that goal due a variety of factors. We are sorry about this, we really wanted to hit our initial fulfilment deadline but we also don't want to send out something we wouldn't be happy with for the sake of hitting a deadline.
As a result here's a revised timeline on fulfilment based on the current progress of the project that we're confident about. This applies to both Kickstarter Backers as well as all Pre-Order backers.
Revised Fulfilment Timeline
Core Book PDF - January2023
The Core Book PDF's will be ready by the end of January 2023. We'll be sending them out to all backers and pre-orders at this time.
AdventureModulePDF's - March2023
Due to the extra work on the core book and other production factors we're aiming for all adventure module PDF's (We Were Here First, Rainmaker & False Flag) to be out by the end of March 2023. We'll be sending them out to all backers and pre-orders at this time.

Hello Salvagers,
An update on all our progress so far.
Progress Update
We're working as hard as we can to get PDF's ready for launch in December. We're in the final stages of layout and proofing in that respect. At this stage it will likely be late December, we can't offer a specific date but we'll update in December with more information.
Once the PDF's are released there will be a small window of a few weeks for the community to offer us any feedback which we can tweak before the books are sent to print, hopefully to catch any issues we may have missed within our own internal editing process.
Physical pledges will still be in Q1 of 2023 and we'll update on shipping progress into the New Year.
Playtests
Playtests have now effectively concluded. We wanted to thank everyone who has joined in on all of the playtesting, it's helped make the game as good as it can be for launch.
We will be running a new round of games on the Discord in the new year to celebrate the launch of the Salvage Union and will be posting details on how you can get in on some of that salvage action closer to the date. We'll also be contacting those of you who have pledged to get custom games of Salvage Union run for you with more info.
Dragonmeet
Dragonmeet is tomorrow (03/12/22)! We'll be at the convention in the Lower Trade Hall (Stand C6). This is the last chance for backers to receive a physical copy of the 1.5 Quickstart. This will also be the last chance to pre-order the game in person and get a copy of the 1.5 Quickstart with your pre-order. Also if anyone wants to come and say hello please do, we'll have a few of our zines such as Albion Tales, Andromeda and Shadow of Mogg for sale as well!

Hope you're all well. A monthly update for you. Some repeated information here mostly as a reminder to those who may have missed it in previous updates.
Production Update
We're working hard to get PDF's finalised for release in December, it's likely going to be later in December and we'll keep you updated on their progress. We have used the additional time we had due to production issues for even more playtesting and editing on the Core Book and Modules and they're all shaping up to be something we're really proud of already. Physical fulfilment as predicted are looking to arrive in Q1 of 2023. We're at the final stretch of the project and are working hard to get everything across the finish line, we appreciate all your support and patience with us on this journey.
Salvage Union Open Table Playtests
We're currently running an Open Table Playtest of Salvage Union! This is a weekly game, open to anyone to join, which has a rotating group of players who all belong to the same Union Crawler, allowing everyone to get a chance to play.
Sessions are from 6 PM BST - 10 PM BST on Thursdays. Other sessions can also be arranged by the players as fits.
